Smart rental apartments
The facilities and equipment in the apartment are controlled via a smart home app.
You will be able to open the door without a key using an app. You will also have the opportunity to monitor security video cameras, call the elevator, let in guests, order additional services, and communicate with the building administrator, who will promptly respond to your requests.
In your new home, comfort will be provided by an individually adjustable recuperative ventilation system.
